Hey all,

been lurking for the last few weeks until I decided that this was the car for me and found a good deal. Picked up a 96 rs coupe that needs to be cleaned up on the exterior but everything inside and mechanical is flawless. Robbed the guy blind, only had to pay 2100.

Thanks for the warm welcome fellas.

It has 161XXX miles, but all maintenance that would be an issue has been taken care of, so it's got a ton of life left in it.

Initial plans are just cleaning it up and giving it a good look.
1: clean up the engine bay (full scrub down, paint valve cover....)
2: fix all the dents and dings and get the body completely repainted (got a few colors in mind)
3: some good wheels (not steelies with shitty hubcaps)

and then from there I'm gonna get really involved mechanically, but even some of these plans are gonna be put off until christmas/next summer just because I'm a broke-ass college student.
