Venom 400 install

hey guys, i just signed up a few days ago, so i got some questions for ya, what do you guys know bout the venom 400? the guy i bought the car off of "installed" one, but he didnt finish it, i still have to hook up the wires single wires, talked to a buddy of mine, he says his professional opinion is not to do it myself, and to let someone else mess with it, any ideas?

I never tried wiring up the alarms in my car, not my area of expertise. That task I left to a professional.
