Valve stem oil seals

New to the site so please pm me..i wont be checking the thread

Can i jus replace the valve seals without replacing anything else???

And do i need to tune the cams or do any kind of tests...or time it again...???

When it comes to fixing something of your own, i always forget what to do???lol

all i deas are welcome...

one more question...if i take off the camshafts, can i just slapped them on trying to memorize how i took them off , or is it out of adjustment once its off???
