Vacuum line?

I have a 92 gs-r B17A1 and on the intake is a line that was blocked off. i took it off and started the car and the car would've redlined if i didnt shut it off. I'm assuming it's the vacuum advance, does anyone know where this vacuum line hooks to?

the larger hose goes to the valve cover.
the smaller hose goes to your throttle body dashpot valve. looks like a disc thing.

I hooked the big one up to the valve cover and started it and it still acted like it was going to rev to infinity

I dont know of a vacuum line thats going to cause the car to redline if disconnected.
Check if the spring of your throttle body is stuck.
Also, pics would work wonders in this situation.

i reconnected it last night and the car idled at about 3000 rpm but wouldnt stay, it would float between 2 and 3 k and when you plug it off it drops back down to 1400 rpm and holds steady
