Uploading Problem

When I go to post up things from my phone, and hit post reply, it will always post up 2 of the same thing. No matter what I try it always does two, and I don't want to have to go back and delete one after everything I do

How do I make it so it just posts the one? not a duplicate

Its your phone, you should get a new one. I dont have a problem with my iPhone, and it corrects errors as I go.
