uploaded picture is not loading

i just uploaded a profile pic of mine and when i clik save update the result on the page is upload failed. will ya look in this matter...thanx

Your profile picture shows in your profile. If you are trying to change it then you have to delete the current one first. There is also a size limit on the picture you can use
