LS/VTEC hatch in the background. Runs 13s on street tires.







My sister just got her permit and they were driving in the ol' 88. She went through an intersection and a truck was trying to get into the Shell station and turned to early.

The guy in the truck was at fault, but we're still unsure if it's totalled. It drives, nothing leaks, you just can't open the door obviously. The window rolls up and down perfectly. There's no visible frame, suspension, or engine damage so it looks like just cosmetic damage.

nah its not totaled bro...only way its totaled if there is extensive frame damage around the cockpit area, ur air bags went off. stuff like that...u can repair that easy

Negitive. This car has been in our family since it was bought brand new from the dealership showroom floor in 1988. It had every option avaiable. We have every service record, papers, etc. We even have the sticker that was on the window saying how much it was. $15,XXX. We're not getting rid of it.

If our insurance decides to total it, we'll buy it back and restore it.

My mom had plans of totaly restoring this car. We wanted to redo the interior, completely redo the body, get a new engine.

Hell yeah...my mom is an insurance adjuster at our insurance company so she's checking on what she wants to do right now.

We took it to one show that does A+ work and they quoted us around $3,000. KBB value is around $1,800, but I know we could've got more out of it.

yea insurance will prob total that ... i got in a similar situation when i crahsed my mom 91 accord ... me and my dad just fixed it ourselves.

Well, from an Insurance company stand point, it's totalled. The cost to fix the car is more than value of the car so they'll declare it total. My mom is just trying to figure out how to go about doing it. If we can get the body panels we need pretty cheap than we may be able to get it fixed without a problem.

Still not sure as to what goes on. We still have to drive it around, so we just crawl out the passenger door. Sucks ass because it was in great condition for the age and mileage. Damnit! Damnit! Damnit! Stupid fuckin drivers.

poor poor teggys this month. wtf is going on? but this teg was in awsome shape. definately restore her. hard to find g1's.
