i want to buy one for my b20b
does anyone know anywhere to look?
im going to look on craigslist...

usdm type r - S80 (helical lsd)
Theres 2 t
ypes, a 4.4 or 4.7 final drive

4.4 = The stamp on the block will say 4jhd
4.78 = the stamp will say ne3.

"The best tranny for an all motor build"
4.785 final drive.

The difference is that the USDM tranny has the same 4&5th gear synchros as a gsr to be more economical for the freeway. The jdm tranny has shorter 4th&5th gears.

Are you trying to get A jdm or Usdm tranny? Check the white tag it should say s80 on it. For the jdm tranny it shouldn't have a vin number (the green thing) but you should see the "lsd" stamp.

probably usdm becuase of highway...

but one problem i see that its a hydro tranny....

i have an acura 91 with a b20b
what the heck would i need for the hydro tranny or do they come cable too =\?

i asked him for s80 isnt the usdm y80 or something diffrent?
