Probably 90% of the people on this site with a 98+ Integra have an ITR lip on their car...go to google images and look up some pictures...that easy.
How does your car look "weird" with it? You probably got one of those "Type-R style" lips...not an actual ITR/ITR Replica lip. No matter what...OEM looks better. I've owned both and there is a CLEAR difference. You can always get lucky with replica fitment, but the OEM just looks so much better and is guaranteed to fit.

you could have just typed in Type-R in google and look at pics
and yea you prob have an R style lip i did a 98+ conversion on my GSR and it looks just fine
discreet but noticable
