Type R/Ace rear lip, any difference?

Was doing some research trying to decide on a rear lip for my 94 teg. Is it me or is there really no difference between these two lips. Anyone?

They will throw Type-R on many parts because they know some moron will buy it. I know there is no such thing as a G2 ITR, but they still slap that shit on the lips.

I ordered my side skirts from ground dynamics and had no problems so I will probably use them again.

One is VIS and the other is a knockoff VIS case closed lol

the only reason i say this is because the blue teg looks like the fitment isnt as nice as the other
