Tweeter Question

Hey guys

I searched on here and google, but I never found a straight answer. What size are the tweeters that come in the door panels of a 98 integra?

They are OEM 0.83" , slighty under an inch and are measured to the outside of the grill/mounting piece overall grossing in 1", though tweeters are measured in size from actual surface area of the speaker minus the mounting hardware/grill pieces. You can fit up to an 1" 7/16's size tweeter and mount it and not have any problem out of the oem door tweeter section.

When installing the Tweeters, do you splice into the signal wires that go to the lower door speaker?
I have no clue where to tie these tweeters in because the stock wiring is only designed for 4 speakers on the 93 integra....correct?
