Hi Club Integra. I have used the search function and searched google but I cant seem to find people having the problem I am having on a 1991 Integra RS. The problem I am having is that when the head light is off and I turn on the left turn signal both left/right turn signal blinks. When I turn on the right turn signal the left one blinks. Now when I turn on the headlight and turn the left turn signal both still blink, but the right turn signal works properly. I don't have the original head light because the previous owner installed some weird single piece head light with angel eyes( I believe thats the correct term).

Edit: I was messing around with the turn signal and I happened to press the hazard button but noticed that the turn signals didnt blink for a couple of seconds. Then the turn signals started to work properly after i turned off the emergency light.
