Turn signal problem

I recently washed under under the hood of my 97 integra LS, and may have used too much water because now my turn signals dont work. I blew out both turn signal fuses (under the dash, and under the hood) so i replaced them with one amp higher rated fuses. My left turn signal works fine. It blinks normally on the dash, rear end, and front end. On the other hand, when I use my hazards or my right turn signal, it is very very dim on the dash, and so dim on the outside you can barely see them flash. When the right side is turned on, it also dims my headlights and guage cluster noticeably. Any suggestions as to what it may be? Thanks.

double check ALL the fuses that have to do with the lights, and then check ALL the wiring under the hood for the turn signals and headlights, make sure none of them are exposed or pinched.

Ill check that out. It has to be a short somewhere, I just dont know where to start. It only started happening after cleaning the engine bay.

i pinched a wire in my right tail light and the exact same things happend when i use my hazards or RTS.
