turbo questions

ok so im hearing that a stock integra can hold 300 hp on stock internals but thats pushing it... i want to boost my 98 gsr only problem is i dont know what to look for in a kit and dont know what i need to piece one together. im looking around $1500 total for it i know that low. my goal is to get about 230-270 hp to the wheels. first question if i reach my goal and lets say i get 260hp will i need to go to forge internals?? it going to be a daily driver to. and what kind of turbo size am i looking for?? and is this kit good for the price and is it what the hp range im looking for???? http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/pts/1340831896.html

Your horsepower goals are reachable on stock internals but the key to reliability and longetivity lies in the quality of the parts used and even more heavily upon the quality of the tune.
