The 450cc injectors are only good up to around 230whp. But reliability and getting that power depends heavily on your tuning.

You should judge by HP not psi per say. If you have to judge by psi, I'd 5-7 would be ok as long as your tune is solid.

I don't think anyone could really answer how much power you can push through with stock internals. I've been people with blown motors on just 8 psi around 250-275whp and some people running 500+ whp on stock internals with no problem. Keep the psi low and you should be fine. You might want to consider forged rods, pistons and sleeving the block to prevent problems because you know the boost bug will bite you and you'll want to increase the power...

You should be able to run 8-10 psi safely with dsm 450cc injectors on a good tune. You should really consider upgrading to a better clutch+flywheel combo, or atleast the clutch for sure. If your engine is completely stock then just stay at 8 psi you will have plenty of fun with 8 psi. Thats what i had on my gsr turbo eg hatch with dsm injectors and I loved it. Depending on the size of turbo, 10 psi should be the max before you have to get arp head studs and a better head gasket. If you havent already upgraded clutches you'll be able to do atleast 5 really good pulls before your clutch starts to go out. I suggest buying the arp head studs+bolts, stage 2 clutch or 3 or whatever, getting a badass tune and go up to 12-14 psi safely=)

What turbo kit did you get btw?
