here is what i have so far on my turbo project. i have limited funds and will up grade parts some day. who would of thought kids, house,two car payments on a military paychech would be so hard!
here is my tiny as turbo. no shaft play spins freely and i paid $100 its a ar42/48 t3 should spool fast!

its done im spoolin right now. not too bad for $956 right? it took me a while but i piced it all together and installed it my self.

wow your my hero...i wanna do that same thing this summer...it's true you can build a nice turbo setup for under 1200 bucks...you just have to know what to look for. This guy did it for under a grand. Nice job man and post up some #'s when u get them :thumbs up

im putting my 255 fuel pump this weekend. i have a 2.5 downpipe going to a stock cat and pipes with a aftermarket muffler. i know tons of restriction. i cant afford another exhaust right now but after i replace it ill dyno her. im running 9psiright now i have a friend thats going to give me a manual boost controller for free so ill turn it down to 7 or 8 to be on the safe side.

i have some lag in first but it pulls pretty good in 2-5. even in the top end still pulling. im inpressed with that t3

its off an saab 9000. i saw the motor in the local junk yard. it was pretty dirty and the turbo looked new and i found a garrett rebuild tag. no shaft play or wobble. and yes all i paid is $100 damn i was lucky!

Wow you should post some kills. I should have a built GSR bottom end by the end of the year then i can start putting together a turbo kit=)

well it takes lots of shopping around to get the right price!!!




i blew the doors off a 04 civic si with mild bolt ons i mean killed the shit out of him he had such a dumb look on his face as i blew off going by him like what the hell was that. that just made all my hard work worth it.

i dont condone street racing i just had to stretch her legs a see what she can do.

i hope you welded a bead on the end of that intercooler piping or atleast flared the ends. it will pop off under boost occasionally if not
