For the first part of the question I'll wait for the G2 gurus to chime in. For the second half of the question, it all depends on the turbo you choose, the exhaust size, and your tune.

The 2nd gen TSI came with a T25 I believe? They max out around 300 hp if I'm not mistaken. A 3" exhaust and downpipe will net you good gains as well, with the right tune.

thank you thank you. yeah it's the second gen and it was already rebuilt professionally so it has literally no shaft play and i believe i'm going with the blox exhaust manifold cause it's a familiar name and around 200 bucks which is fine with me.

i still have my a/c,abs,and power steering with my turbo setup,

and the hp youll be making depends on what kind of setup and how you tune it

Whether or not you keep your PS depends on the manifold you use. Some manifolds extend and the powersteering pump gets in the way, so it is 'deleted' and the steering rack swapped out for a manual steering rack. The AC is the same way, as long as the lines do not get in the way of the piping, you can keep the AC. You have to be pretty imaginative on how to do that though, the AC lines go all over the place in our engine bays, I figure G2's are set up fairly similarly. (PS and AC mount in the exact same place on b series engines, no matter what year.)

^^^X2 manifold and turbo will decide for option for ac and ps. Also a victor x does not work on a DA only option is somthing like a skunk2 clearance issues on firewall with victor x
