turbo idle issues

Every time i boost up (about 10-12 Lbs) my idle gets stupid, starts rough and little miss fires. If i cut the car off and then on its fine till I run it again. If I stay under 10 psi its ok. New motor forged CP arp studs the works. I assume its the map sensor getting a bad reading or something if anyone knows whats happining help is needed:shock:

Are your running a stock map sensor? Because the stock one can only handle 1.1 bar with is a little over 10psi of boost. Once you go over that the ecu flips shit, but I've never heard of idle problems because of it.

yes i have a stock map is there an upgrade aftermarket one? or should i put a check valve in the way to stop it from pressurising?
