Turbo DA Integra wont start

I have a 92 GSR DA Integra Turbo I have just added EVO 550cc injectors Honda resistor box and twin turbo supra fuel pump with Chrome ECU P28 stock map. I tried to start the car last night all it does is turn over. I checked my spark plugs they are getting fuel the pump does prime and the plug wires are getting spark. Any ideas!?!!?!?!

No the map is for B16 w/ 57 trim T3/T4 550cc injectors and supra pump @ 11PSI on OEM Map Sensor.

Huh?
You mean that you have spark at the plugs, the injectors have pulse, and they are getting fuel as well?

You do know that the firing order of the 92-93 GSR B17 is different from the other B series motors correct? The wires are arranged on the distributor differently.
