im sorry i dont understand your question. you say you did a type r swap but your about to pull the engine ? or are you just saying your gonna pull out the R and fuck with internals.I have a 1996 LS that I did a 1999 Type R swap on. I am about to pull the engine, and I am wanting to know what can I do to get the maximum performance out of this engine. Internals/externals, clutch, axles, exhaust, intake ..... etc....

I am wanting to do more than turbo though... I want to sleeve port polish valve job, rods pistons crank cams intake etc... Im trying to get information to find out what companys I should go with and find out information to make sure I make the right decisions
unless u did a RWD conversionwheel spin > 700hp + FWD
i would trust really any block that has been sleeved for it. aebs, darton, or golden eagle sleeves can handle that no problemf you want 700 you should just start from scratch, dart makes blocks. Thats the only way I would trust 700.
