Tune Up Help

whats going on...

i got my teggy bout 8 months ago....had been using it for work....but havent done any tuneups to it...i know is dude for some major work...so know that i got into a little accident and will be off the road for a few weeks, i guess i might as well fix up what i have to fix and get a NICE TUNE UP on it.....i want to get top of the line, or close to top of the line on some of the major tune up parts like sparkplugs, filters.. etc etc

can you guys give me some details, on brands that i should get, to have my jump off running nice and smooth

im also searching for a HOOD....fucked mines up really bad!

so, please...any of u experts fill me in on some brands, tips, etc etc

OEM. for spark plugs, fuel filter, spark plug wires, distributor cap & rotor.

oil & oil filter... thats preference but i prefer castrol gtx and purolator pure one oil filter

transmission fluid... GM synchromesh, penzoil syncromesh (cheaper), honda MTF

probably missed a couple things but...
