Trunk change...

I need opinions on my trunk setup. I need to add weight to my integra because its front heavy. I know that this sounds stupid because everyone wants weight reduction. I want the front to rear ratio to be as close to 50/50 because of my motor setup. I need a more stable trunk, heres what i have to work with. I have 2 10" bazooka tubes, a 15 lbs. nos can and a couple of amps. I want to keep my back seats for the weight but i'm open to suggestions. HELP!!!

thats the thing, I have a tein damening system, fully adjustable, full strut front rear upper and lower bars. it really is because i have a heavy front end.

trailor hitch and a boat? lol
that's an option. or maybe you could always clear up your engine bay of things you dont need. A/C, etc... i've never really heard of someone's front being way lower lol. unless you have the OEM all metal JDM ITR front.

Just go FIA regulaion style. Lead blocks.

Why dont you lighten the @$^#$& out of the front??? Theirs alot to loose up thier. CF all the pannels. Foam inject the sub-frame then hole drill the sub-frame. ABS, P/S, all weight to be lost. Useless engine bay metal removal (theirs alot). Battery relocation to the rear. Theirs more too, thats just the major stuff

You could always have Trinh sit in you trunk. But then youll be more 10/90 (F/R) distribution. She will prob blow your shocks too.

wait one second. what are you running to be sooooo much heavier than before. did you swap out for a v6 or something? i dont mean to be an ass, but h22 swaps go in like a charm and can be compensated for extra weight with stiffer springs, so what did you put in there to throw off your cars balance. sounds like you have alot of weight already in the back, are you sure your not front heavy but instead back heavy? also i have some cinder blocks that can help you out, ill sell them for free, but you pay shipping

You could remove all the sound deadening material in the cabin, the heaviest of it is on the firewall. That's what Honda did for the Type R's to drop weight and achieve as close to a 50/50 front/rear distribution as possible....no sound deadening in the R.

i agree with above people, work on removing weight from the front. moving the bat to the back woud help if you havent yet.
and put everything as far back in the trunk as you can
