Trouble Code 1

Greetings!

I just picked up an '87 Integra LS; 4-dr. hatch / 1.6 engine / automatic.

Peeking at the ECU, all it seems to report is a "1", which has something
to do with Oxygen. Any clue as to where I might start looking for a fault?
(I realize it could be 50 things...)

Also, a little electrical mystery. Radio backup (constant 12V) is missing,
along with the cigarette lighter and dome light. Are these all on the same
circuit? All the fuses I could find test OK...

is the car running bad? i looked up the codes and couldnt find code 1 on the list i have. check the fuses under the hood for the other problem.
