tranny problem

i have a 1998 gsr (DB8) and not too long ago my car wasn't running right. my tranny seem to be the problem. idk if its the clutch or the internals of the tranny but its hard to shift into 3rd and 4th gear. like when i'm just driving i can't even downshift from 5th to 4th, nor even 3rd. sometime i just force it in and it grinds a little. so anyone have any idea what is wrong. i can'[t even race any more cuz of this problem and it sucks!:x

Possibly your synchros?

I have somewhat of that same prob. Rly hard to downshift into 2nd, it's like it just WON'T go sometimes. Then grinds a little going into 3rd.

well my 3rd gear is only the problem. i cant even downshift to 3rd from 5th and sometime 4th. i have to rev it up a lil for it to get it. it sucks :x but them synchros is it pricey?:???:
