Torque Specs b20b

I'm about to put on a new clutch and I know I need to torque the flywheel and pressure plate bolts to certain specs. I have a b20b with S1 trany and excedy stage 1 clutch. does anybody know the torque specs for these or where I can find them?

I know right...Hell, don't even have to go to google. You can search this very forum for torque specs. I think Dylan has a nice organized list of the b-series torque specs.
