Top speed

Yes... Although it's weird. It'll allow you to reach it's top speed.

With our cars being so old, now depends on the individual car. But i've seen DA/DBs go to 140MPH...

The way the speed limiter works... It'll let you reach 140MPH... Once you slow down it wont go up to it again. I think 110MPH or something.

Personally I was never fully able to test this theory. This is just what a honda mechanic friend told me who had several 92-93 GSRs

most older cars don't really have speed limiters. I honestly don't know about the integras though.

The car will be accelerating very slowly after you pass the 110mph mark unless you've got some decent modifications. It would take forever to reach it's top speed

why would you ever one to go over 110? most of you wont be able to reach that in a quarter mile... and no track will i bet either, street racing over 110, not a good idea

Most stock civic/integras pretty much level off at 120, and after that you can creep up slowly but its pointless. now the prelude, thats a different story ;)
