Thanks for the info. That was it!!! The fucking rolling pin is shot and barely hanging on. Don't know how it stayed on. :angryfire:mine had a bad wobble in it also. whe i was in gear it was like being in neutral 0_0 turned out to be those bushings on the end of the shifter linkage the part that goes on the tranny.i just put a new shifter linkage in and it went away.good luck.
Awesome link. Will try it this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks againYou could try this as well. I haven't done it but it supposedly tightens up the shifts.

I did, shifter was good. I'm taking my engine in for a much needed update. it has 240,000 miles and it is going to get completely new internals from the ground up.x2 nice link, but also did you check the shifter itself?
Thanks for the info. I was wondering what type to get, Its going to be a long week but it will get done. .:thumbs upWell just do this while its down and you will be good to go... Use some supertech pistons and eagle rods and throw some boost at it... Its only like 600 ish (depends where you buy at) to do rods and pistons and if you want to boost the car you will already have it built for more then what you need on the street.
