tmw short shifter

im about to buy a short shifter..do you guys think the stage 2 would be short for my g2

I'veh eard nothing but good things about those...but whatever shifter you get, MAKE SURE ITS NOT ALUMIUNUM. Even 'brand name' ones like Dc sports are aluminum. I snapped my DC sports one last night....goddamnit. I just ordered an Mfactory carbon steel one for 60$ shipped through honda-tech,,,they usuaully run like 110$ but i got the hookup, y0.

tmw is SS im preety sure...but i was thinking a 3" reduction would be way too low?? i would go chek on my car but its an auto im buying the shifter since im doing a manual converison

if its too short it may rub on the exhaust pipe,
