Til' the wheels fall off

So I was driving back from San Diego this morning after visiting some friends for Christmas and I was doing about 70 or 80 on the 8 down the summit and I started hearing a sort of a rattling noise from my steering as I was taking a long curve downhill and as I cleared the curve I felt the car different so I switched lanes and heard the noise again but before I knew my front just dropped and I saw my front wheel fly out of the corner of my eye. I didn't have time to shit my pants I barely made it off the freeway lanes...
well as expected, my brake rotor was damaged and my fender was destroyed. I'm lucky I was on the curve to have flown out with the whole car but I had to cross the highway to get my tired back which blew up when it came off and about an hour and a half waiting for a tow truck...even verizon's signal wasn't working that good up there,, I ahd to txt someone to call it in...hehe
Anyway I finally got my car towed(after a boring 2 hour ride to Yuma)
I need a new fender and I need new brake rotors
I know I need to get to the suspension as I was already planning on getting to the brakes
any reccomentations on a good set of brakes?

lol I know I was rushing to get to work too so I ended up being like 4 hours late for work after all.
I'ma look into those I'd rather pay more to get the good stuff...so I guess I'll go brakes, then suspension but I def need that fender...Ima have to wait on the paint

damn dude that sucks...how did it happen?

but go on ebay...you can find some good deals on brakes and rotors

that really sucks man do you know what happened? loose lugs? and i'd go with whichever is cheaper between oem and brembo

that was too quick I heard the strange noise as we all know how our cars sound and when something goes wrong we all hear that different noise but this one was only a curve away..I guess it was the wheel wabbling that made that noise but I saw that thing fly out at the height of the window then the sparks and the scraping sound of my rotor grindin against the road. good thing there was no cars behind me I would have had to get another car.
it's gonna slow down my progress but I'm glad it didn't go as bad.

Ima check ebay and see if I find a good deal.
I went and got some lugnuts today, I just need to remove the bent fender to see if the wheel will fit back on fine.

I don't know what happened...it must ahve been the lugnuts...I had ran the car for almost 5k miles since I bought it and I hadn't had any problems...I don't know what could have made all 4 of them snap out...I had to get the tire and it had a huge hole which happened while it flew out because I didn't get it flat while on the car. it sucks to see the car sitting on the floor withouth lowering springs and a fender bent that makes it look as if I had a widebodykit. lol
now I have an excuse to paint it. but I'd rather get brakes and the other stuff first.

I had that about a week ago haha.. defintitly loose lugs. but good excuse for new parts huh !!! good luck
