thumping noise when turn

i can hear and feel thumping when i turn left ...its from da passenger side...i changed both side axles and tie rods....still making the noise.. maybe i need an allignment?? what do u guys think

cv joint/boot maybe?? My friends civic hatch did the same thing and his cv boot is torn up pretty bad.
