whats ridiiclous is how easy they can get that shit onto the hook .. it seriously took the guy like 30 secs to put my moms accord on the hook the other day when it broke down ... i know my shits dropped but i bet those sobs dont give a fuck they will steal my shit in a sec if i park illegal (friend lives in apt complex and till i saw how easy towin was i ALWAYS parked in the fire lane)

My guess is illegally parked at work, ticketed. Then didnt prove he worked there or paid ticket, then they came for his shit. Make sense? Still funny sounded like a chick at the beginning.
