Theres a banana in your tailpipe.

What kind of description is that? We're supposed to help you with that much or rather little, info??

This is how i see your question. 'Hey guys, my car feels weird. Whats wrong with it?'

My answer. Check your vtec oil.

¡AY, CARAMBA!
I have no clue what you're asking for. What goes up and down? Temperature? Idle? What's alone?
Ultimately, I do believe your sentence structuring needs some improvement. That $ has to go. Use an "s". I would kindly help you, but I can't really decipher what you're trying to ask.

I think he is talking about the thermostat needle moves between cold and hot. Personally thought that was normal as the car warms up

My thermostat idles by itself and goes haywire will sit at cold than jumps to normal temp and goes back and forth between both normal temp and cold it warms up perfectly but once I drive everything starts going crazy on my thermostat doesn't stay at on specific place

Where is it located at on the motor engine isn't really my strong point
Your thermostat is behind tb, follow top radiator hose and u will find the housing being held on by two bolts ,inside is the thermostat. Beside it is the fan switch 24mm socket for removal.

Temp gauge sensor or ect is under the dizzy looks like a needle tip
