a lot of people asked, and some feel this is long overdue, so i apologize for the tardiness, lol.

just a little revving.
i made these videos for those that have wanted to hear what the GReddy SP2 sounds like on a DA.

I'll do some driving videos as soon as I can get someone else to hold the cam. Also, please note that the vids make it sound a lot louder than it is. I used a digital cam with a fairly sensitive mic on it. it really amplifies the low and midrange tones, making it seem louder than it is.

i might be doing the drive by videos later on today, or this weekend. so keep posted :)

I like the SP2. Too bad their discontinued now. Replaced by the new SE. I just don't like how they all have the burnt titanium look.

yeah. i was a little disappointed.

to be fair, it was abnormally hot that day at the dyno. Also, the rings are about shot in the LS. BUILT K-swaps were barely making 200whp. So the dyno had to be off a bit. There were 2 or 3 K-swaps there that day. NONE of them made more than 210whp. they were all legitimately built too.

everyone that was on the dyno (even those that have had previous dyno experience) have all stated that the numbers seemed WAAAAAY off from their previous runs, whether it was 103deg outside or not.

Matt, the SP2 was discontinued? that sucks. Glad I got mine when I did. And I will gracefully co-sign the gheyness of the "burnt tip" look. I think its horrible looking. I don't know which ricer working at GReddy told them that it looked good, but he should be fired (GReddy's current financial problems not withstanding)

I think the titanium burnt tips only look good on turbocharged cars.
