Testing turbo setup

Hello everyone i have a newbie question on my 1997 Integra turbo. Can i keep the car on the jackstands and and drive the car "in place" to see how everything is workin or will the turbo not spool up unless the engine is underload driving down the road. Also I have the boost gauge vacuum T'd off the fuel regulator with the wastegate hooked up to the turbine housing and the blowoff valve is hooked directly to where the vacuum line for the map sensor use to be. Is all this ok?

wastegate wiring is ok. for the blowoff valve, I personally have it on a different vacuum line. same with my boost gauge.

I'm assuming you meant compressor housing. You would have some real issues if your wastegate was vacuum sourced to your turbine housing.
