need help. my 97 ls teg is stalling out after it's warmed up...loses acceleration and coasts to a stop. then dies.
first was only happening at 55 mph or faster, now happened at 25 mph. just driving home after auto shop put in new crankshaft sensor and it's not fixed. i have been told the distributor is fine. timing belt replaced almost 3 yrs ago. is the timing off? any idea what's wrong? i have taken to an acura dealer and local mechanic who can't figure it out

the car restarts after stalling out. so i don't think it's the alternator.besides the mechanic just replaced the alternator belt when replacing the crankshaft sensor.
