what are the differences between the two. which will give me more hp. im comparing the greddy turbo vs the turbonetics

For starters, TD05H doesn't designate a specific turbo. TD05H is just MHI nomenclature for a particular CHRA and housings. The TDO5H housings are also offered in 6cm^2-12cm^2 which converts to an A/R of about .41-.89. These details hide significant differences in performance. The TD05H is also available with many different compressor choices. 14B, 14G, Small 16G, Large 16G, EVO 16G's, 18G and 20G.
More details would be needed on both turbos to get a better picture of the question
Since you mention Greddy, I assume you are referring to a TD05H-7cm^2-18G? That is the turbo that Greddy used for the Integra, but some of the other Greddy turbos have different specs. I have used the TD05H-7cm^2-18G on my Eclipse GSX before. It will flow enough support over 400whp with the right supporting mods
