tail lights don't work sometimes

so on my 90 teggy sometimes the tails work and sometimes they dont... anyone know exactly where the ground is? thinking it may be a bad connection... or where the power is run?

Check the switch on the brake lights. It may be the cause.

A friends DA was doing that before too... It ended up being some kind of wire behind the deck rubbing against metal grounding out.
