its either a bad cluster or without seeing the car a bad muti-function switch which controls ur dash lights, turn signals and ur tail lights. multi-function switches get old and need replacement. especially on the 90 tags
I'm having the same problem with mine. I have headlights but no brake, tail, turn, reverse, or dash lights. I just dropped mine at a shop to get it fixed. Lol. Hope it don't get too expensive.
I fixed my brake lights, it was the brake light switch under the brake pedal, and for the turn signals it was a bad fuse, the only thing it has is the cluster lightss
