x2.For free? Heck yeah.
i REALLY REALLY need to get around to mounting my amp.The age is no big deal if the stuff's been taken care of. I have a 14 year old amp in my GSR, though it went unused the first 9 years or so of it's life.
And I have 3 amps in my Civic that are 8 and 11 years old. And a 13 year old crossover.
More and more equipment nowadays is being made in China, so being older may actually be better. That's why I have older stuff, made in the U.S.
And what you complaining about age for, the stuff's free! lol
I wasn't complaining about age. I was just stating that they were old. I didn't know if age would hurt how they operate or anything. The age is no big deal if the stuff's been taken care of. I have a 14 year old amp in my GSR, though it went unused the first 9 years or so of it's life.

Type of box depends on music preference. Rock/metal/classic/country/etc usually sound better in a sealed or bandpassed box. Rap is better ported, as well as any other type of music that has any sort of constant low notesget a ported box. u wont regret it
