SWAY bars are a much more improvement if your looking to do suspension modding. STRUT bars dont really help as much as SWAY bars do.

I would say the rear sway bar offers the most significant change in handling. A thicker rear sway bar stiffens the rear of the chassis and balances the steering input with more oversteer. If you have a drop, you tend to feel the car's turn to be more predictable. Front strut bars stiffen the handling, but other then that I didn't feel any other change.

Strut bars are usually visible also. Sway bars take a little looking for. unless they are upgraded and powdercoated red or something lol.

If you can afford it, get sway bars. FTW

Nope. Rear sturt tower bar and rear lower tie bar will stiffen the rear suspension. The sway bars connect to each side of the lower control arm or hub. During cornering the inside suspension compresses more than the outside. The sway bar connects them both to give it resistance to keep the roll down. A thicker bar is just harder to twist keeping the wheels on either side of the car closer to the same compression

PS, OP- The front strut tower bar and rear sway bar in no way similar. They do completely different tasks
