hey guys i got a 97 integra gs b18b1 and im looking into going koni/ gc soon but before i lower i want to work on a few other things, i replaced the inner and outer tie rods. i just bought a set of brand new blackworks rear LCAs for 50$ in the box :)

I noticed my upper front and lower front control arms dont look too good, or my trailing arm bushing in the back.
and i might as well try to get ball joints done too.

what i would like to know is i should be working on all of this before lowering cause i know lowering messes with alot. also if anyone could tell me where i could get some good aftermarket replacements.

also what else i should look at before i lower my car and im looking to go pretty low i want that tires tucked snug lol.

should i get some energy suspension bushings to go and replace all bushings i have in place?

You might as well work on all of it since you'll have it taken apart and raised anyways. I think poly bushings need to be regularly lubed so keep that in mind (if you're bad at remembering to check that stuff then stick with rubber bushings). If you're going really low you will probably need a camber kit. Also, I would recommend OEM parts for the bulk of it over aftermarket parts (unless you are going to track it). And of course, get a alignment done when your all done.

There is a write up on the net about replacing the rear trailing arm that has some good info even if you don't completely follow his guide.

I would stick with OEM rear trailing arm bushings. Is it just gonna be a dd? I would just do stock bushings to freshen it up. Poly would help stiffen it up a little tho which will help since u wanna tuck.
