suspension question

so, when i bought my car, it was already lowered some. i want to lower it some more. but the problem is, i have no idea how much it was lowered before i got it. i just dont want to get something that is going to lower it too much, or not enough. so, what would be the easiest way to lower it now?

Spring or Coil overs?

Springs I would not touch it or you can do the unsafe way heat up the spring.

Coil Overs you can adjust.

Get coilovers. You can set the ride height where you want it.

okay. thank ya. and do the coilovers just bolt on to the suspension, or would i have to do anything special to install them?
my integra is my first car. so, honestly, i dont know a thing about the suspension. (as you can tell) haha

you have to remove the spring and strut to put in coilovers

Full coilovers are usually more for aggressive driving (auto x, track days) and obviously the ride height adjustability.
