supra owner new to integras with questions.

Ok so i do have a 87 Supra single turbo 5spd love it, i'm junking my alero to get a 94 Integra Ls with 115k. I have heard good things about the integras such as low to maintain and long lasting engines for daily driving. Now i'm not a total moran when it come to cars, cause i built my 7MGTE myself. But i'm cluless when it comes to integras. I want to know first of all where does everyone get their performance parts and ebay its not one of them. I use horsepowerfreaks.com any other sites? The car comes with ebay headers and an aftermarket intake manifold i think its called xs or sx i'm not sure. My plans are headers with a WS2 muffler I do want an intake manifold a Skunk2 or a Edelb. but what else do i need with that to support it ( fuel injectors etc ). I got the 16" rims that i'm putting on what suspensions do you guys recomend for a nice not too low but comftrable ride? Any info would help thanks.

Nice supra! i hope you heard the bad about integras (easy to steal). If you wanna lower your car a little bit, just get some lowering springs like skunk2, tein, h&r, or something. It won't be too much of a drop but it will still be comfortable.

You need cams with the intake manifold, personally for a daily I wouldn't even bother doing that. Skunk2 or Omni power coilovers arn't too pricey and I have heard good things about them

Well thats why i bought a gun lol, and i'll hire a body gaurd. Yeah actualy where i'm at they love stealing hondas, but i hope an alarm and changing locks to something costum i think will do just fine. ( i hope )

Ok so with intake manifold need cams, I was thinking of going tokico HP on the shocks and eibach 1.3 drop with 16. That wouldn't look low but still be a nice ride?

Lets say i go HKS air filter got one left from the supra, headers, with an apexi ws2 what type of power am i looking at? maybe 10 to 20 hp gain. Are Megan headers decent or should i stick with DC sports?

Yeah, you don't want to get an aftermarket IM for an LS unless your gonna do a pretty serious all motor build (high compression pistons, "stage 2" cams), or boost. HKS product is rare for Integra's, but it's good shit. You won't get 10-20HP from an air filter and an exhaust on an LS. Well, you may gain 10-20 if you got an air filter, an exhaust and put a stock IM back on there. An aftermarket IM on a (internals-wise) stock B18B is killing you right now.
Sounds like your talking about the Eibach Pro Kit spring set (1.3 drop). I have them and like them, comfortable ride. Here's a pic with the Pro Kit and 16's:
