I want to throw 2 subs in the back. I just replaced all my speakers and have all my panels ripped off now. Im wondering how to wire the subs to the back. Can I just extend the back speaker wires out the back, or do i need to pull them from the 2 left over channles i have?

Just call me chris.
id put the rcas down one side of the console and power wire down the other. keep them separated to limit interference. id use one amp for the speakers and a separate amp for the subs.

Do you have any more preouts on the back of your headunit? You need to run an RCA and remote wire to an amp in the back to feed the subs, along with a power wire. Subs draw too much power and cannot function simply by doubling the rear speaker wires and feeding them to the subs.

Yeah, we need more info to help you. Do you have an aftermarket radio? If you do, does it have a dedicated set of RCA sub outputs? You can't run a sub off regular speaker wires coming off a radio for two huge reasons:
1. They don't put out nearly enough power to run a sub, you'll damage the sub by underpowering it.
2. You only want subs to play bass frequencies (80HZ and below), regular speaker wires play the full range of frequencies (20HZ to 20,000 HZ). You'll damage the subs by giving it midrange and high frequencies.
A crossover is what you need to make sure the subs only play bass frequencies. Most amps have a crossover built in to them. Decks that have subwoofer RCA output's will have a crossover built into the head unit.

Welp, Right now I have a cheap aftermarket that came with it when I bought it. I'll buy a new one. So I should buy my radio first, then amp's (1 for 2 subs? 2? ) then the subs?

You can run 2 subs off one amp. Yeah, the best way to do it is to get a deck with RCA outputs. The deck doesn't have to have subwoofer RCA's if the amp your using has a crossover in it, but radio's with sub RCA's usually have a sub level control built into it so you can turn just the sub volume up and down through the head unit, which is very nice to be able to do.
And when you buy the RCA's, don't get dirt cheap ones like from Radio Shack. They allow noise to get into the signal easily, sometimes they cause turn on pop, and they can even put out lower sub volume vs. a quality set of RCA's. A good set of RCA's will cost around $40 for a 16ft to 20ft cable, it's worth the investment, they'll keep out the noise and send a strong signal to your amp.
