subframe swap

Ok so I need to replace my subframe. Problem is, I've never messed with it. What needs to be done in order to exchange it with a new one? Any short cuts or tips?

nothing from nowhere
its not too bad, unhook the steering rack,drop the exhaust and disconnect the control arms and mounts. the hardest part will probally be the exhaust.

Well, the wield nut inside the subframe for the Passenger LCA snapped off and the bolt just spins. So rather then cut it open and fabricating another bolt on there i decided to replace the whole dame thing.

OK so I pulled the Subframe off and I found a guy parting out a Teg. Gonna go and take it off his and put it on mine but i have a question, In what order should I put everything back together? Connect steering rack, then bolt on frame?
