stupid car wont move thread. searched.

ok. I have started to feel a small vibration when accelerating lately. tonight I pulled out of my driveway and it seemed like my driveshaft "fell out". It will go into gear, and I release the clutch and no movement but I hear a loud rackett. So then put it in 1st gear, release the clutch, get out of the car, and look at the driver side axel or driveshaft behind the wheel and it is spinning. i'm not sure if it is a hub problem or if that is the actual cv joint locked up. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

the shaft that spins the driver side wheel is spinning, but the wheel is not.

your cv joint cause our cars dont have driveshafts that only rwd cars
