Stuck Injector Code 16

Hello all!
I'm new to Club Integra but have owned a couple civics (JoEx at Club Civic), so I know a little and hope I won't get flamed too much.

I just picked up a '90 Integra LS.
5-Speed, B18A1 with 160k miles.
Guy says he just replaced the timing belt and water pump, and the clutch is new.
That is all I know about this car.

It drove home on the freeway great, and threw an engine code about halfway home, but I couldn't tell any difference in the performance of the engine. Next day, I go to start it and am met with a stuttering idle, and the car sounds like it's running on three cylinders. ECU is in hurt puppy mode, car won't rev over 3k.
It blinks a Code 16 Injector, and a Code 43 Fuel Supply. After it warms up, lots of smoke, if I remember correctly it was white.

I look under the hood, and fuel is spraying out at the header exhaust gasket by the cylinder closest to the timing belt.
Thinking I just have a stuck injector, I replace it with a new one for $100 (ouch).
Reset the engine computer, and it is still running the same, but Code 43 Fuel Supply is gone and Code 16 Injector remains.
I do a compression test on the cylinder in question, returns great at about 200psi.

So! An electronic problem?
I suspect it's a bad ECU, I pulled it and there was condensation on the little window and on the inside of the case, and the outside is very very corroded. Where it was sitting, there's no carpet and the surrounding metal was moist.

Any ideas? I could really use the help as this is supposed to be my daily driver and my friends don't like me bumming rides constantly. Thanks for reading and cheers!

well you can do a couple things...

1) I would replace the fuel filter - even though code 43 is gone, i would still do it - that can save a lot of headaches
2) If you can find a set of used injectors (All four) i would do that because then you will really know what is going on, there could still be another one that is bad.

It could be a bad ecu - try and get your hands on one that you know is good and see what it does. Also look at the spark plugs, that can tell a lot about how the car is acting...smell the injectors for fuel.

Also, what kind of smoke? blue? white? black?

trouble shooting a car is no easy task, but im sure one of these things is an issue

*try this link - it will help figuring out which one is bad*

I've got the car running again!

I pulled the ECU, took the cover off, and let it dry by the fire for about two hours.
Then with my handy dandy butterfly knife, I scraped off some corrosion on the connectors on the inside.
Re-installed and the car fired right up, no issues.

After I took it around the block a few times, the engine light came on.
Code 43 has returned! D:
I'll replace the fuel filter sometime soon.

As for where the ECU lives, the carpet was soaked after my run, with standing water!
I'll have to find the leak and plug it, I suspect a loose grommet.
Until then the ECU will sleep inside with me, by the fire. I blame Washington for raining on my car parade (literally).

Hopefully this will be the end of my problems, I'll follow up after a few days whether it is.
