Still have CEL after new O2 sensor

Can someone please help I got a 1993 integra b18a I have a check engine light on reading the code 41 witch is o2 sensor I have changed the o2 and light still there what should by my next step the car idles good and runs good.

welcome to clubintega. change the spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap, rotor, oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, fuel injector cleaner. change all leaking gaskets.

check for the signal at the ecu

Disconnect the battery for 5mins and hook it back up, go somewhere and come back home, then check to see if it came back.

hgo and vito are right, don't do anything until you unhook that battery for a few minutes and make sure it's cleared.

Also did you use a universal o2 or a direct fit?

ok so i can't get my o2 sensor engine light off either, the car has a full over the top tune up, a bunch of brand new emissions parts, and a brand spanking new o2 sensor, i tried unhooking the battery and it still came back on, do you have to leave the battery undone for 5 mins? i took mine off for 1 min.
