Steering wheel horn

hey guys, my steering wheel horn doesnt work, and I am not sure where the horn is located in the front bumper. I did a once over, and tried to slip my head under the lip, but couldnt see much. I also looked at the helms service manual i downloaded, but it didnt give me a good representation of where to find it. I dont plan on pulling the bumper off right now, because I have class in a few hours, so I dont want to get myself into a mess that will make me late. Is it located on the driver side or pass. side? I did come across the horns for the alarm thgats installed. The steering wheel buttons do click, and neither work. Im thinking either the prev owner removed it, or a wire got cut/horn is broken.

mine was on the passenger side bolted to the core support behind the bumper but that doesn't mean the person before me moved it alot of things were changed on my car.
