my steering wheel sounds like its clicking (faintly) as I turn it at a stop or traveling under 5mph...It cant be my CV joints I just relpaced them, and it sounds like its coming from the dash or something. It doesnt really affect driving but it's still a noise that shouldn't be there....god how I hate noises.

Anyone?

Your washer blinker electrical thing could be loose enough to be be rubbin on the inside of the steering wheel. I would try takin the steering wheel off and check from there

GM's have steering shaft that clicks like that... I don't know what connects the steering collum to the rack on 2nd gens, but it could be the joints in that.

That's my guess.
